🛍️ ORDERING & PAYMENT

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

Secure checkout. Your information is protected.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Email us at info@wearoutoffuel.com immediately if you need to make changes.

We process orders fast (within 1-2 business days), so we can't guarantee we'll catch it in time. But we'll do our best.

Pro tip: Double-check your shipping address before hitting "complete order." We've all been there.

Do you offer gift cards?

Not yet, but it's on the list. For now, if you want to gift OOF to someone, we recommend ordering for them directly or reaching out to us for a personalized solution.

Empty makes room for more - including gift cards soon.

Can I use multiple discount codes?

Only one discount code per order. Choose the one that saves you the most.

But hey, if you're on our email list, you'll get first dibs on drops and exclusive codes anyway.

📦 SHIPPING

How long does shipping take?

Processing: 1-2 business days
Shipping: 5-7 business days (standard)

Total: Your order should arrive within 1-2 weeks of ordering.

During drops or busy seasons, processing may take up to 3-4 business days. We'll keep you updated.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Free shipping on all U.S. orders over $100.

Orders under $100 have a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout.

Free shipping within the U.S. only.

Because running out of fuel is expensive enough. Shipping shouldn't be.

When will I get my tracking number?

You'll receive a tracking email within 1-2 business days after placing your order.

Check your spam folder if you don't see it. If it's still missing after 3 days, email us at info@wearoutoffuel.com.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, but with limitations.

We ship internationally, but due to high shipping costs, international customers are responsible for:

All shipping fees (calculated at checkout based on your location)
Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country

International shipping times vary by location (typically 7-14 business days after processing).

Note: We currently only offer free shipping on U.S. orders over $100. International orders do not qualify for free shipping regardless of order amount.

My package says "delivered" but I don't have it. What now?

First, check:

Your mailbox, front porch, side door, garage
With neighbors (packages sometimes get mis-delivered)
Your building's mail room or front desk

If it's still missing after 48 hours, email us at info@wearoutoffuel.com with your order number. We'll help track it down.

Note: We're not responsible for stolen packages, but we'll work with you to find a solution because we're human beings who get it.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Email us ASAP at info@wearoutoffuel.com.

If we haven't shipped it yet, we can update it. If it's already on its way... we'll do what we can, but no promises.

Double-check that address before checkout. Future you will thank past you.

👕 SIZING & FIT

How do your tees fit?

Boxy and relaxed. Think comfortable, not tight.

Our tees are designed with a boxy silhouette - wider through the body, slightly dropped shoulders, roomier sleeves.

Sizing guide:

True to size = intended boxy fit
Size up = oversized, extra relaxed

Check the size chart on each product page for exact measurements.

I'm between sizes. Should I size up or down?

Size up if you want a more oversized, relaxed fit.
Size down if you prefer it closer to your body (but it'll still be boxy).

When in doubt, size up. These tees are made to be lived in, not strangled by.

What's the fabric like?

255 gsm heavyweight cotton.

Translation: About 2.5x thicker than a regular t-shirt. You'll feel the difference immediately.

It's substantial. Durable. Built to last through the burnout and everything that comes after.

Pre-shrunk and garment-washed, so it won't shrink weird in the wash.

How do I know what size to order?

Check the size chart on each product page. We list:

Chest width
Length
Shoulder width

Do your hats fit everyone?

Our caps are one size fits most with an adjustable strap closure.

They fit most head sizes comfortably. If you have an unusually large or small head and you're worried, email us first.

🔄 RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What's your return policy?

All sales are final unless we approve a return.

We carefully review each return request on a case-by-case basis. To request a return:

Email info@wearoutoffuel.com within 14 days of delivery
Include your order number and reason for return
Include photos if there's a defect or issue
We'll review and let you know if your return is approved

Important:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the return

International returns: You're responsible for return shipping costs back to the U.S. Any customs fees incurred during return shipping are also your responsibility.

We know this policy is stricter than some brands. Here's why: We're a small team making custom cut-and-sewn pieces. Every return impacts us directly. We appreciate your understanding.

Do you guarantee against defects?

Absolutely.

If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect (stitching issues, fabric flaws, printing errors, etc.), we'll make it right.

A quick description

We'll send you a replacement or issue a full refund - your choice. Manufacturing defects are 100% on us.

Can I exchange for a different size?

Only if we approve your return request first.

Email info@wearoutoffuel.com with your order number and the size you need. We'll review your request.

Important: Check our size chart carefully before ordering. We list exact measurements (chest, length, shoulder) on every product page.

When in doubt, email us at info@wearoutoffuel.com with your measurements and we'll help you pick the right size BEFORE you order.

What condition does the item need to be in for a return?

Unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached.

If you've worn it, washed it, or removed the tags, we cannot accept a return.

You can try it on to check the fit, but once it's been worn or washed, it's yours.

Who pays for return shipping?

You do.

If your return is approved, you're responsible for shipping the item back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Exception: If there's a manufacturing defect or we sent you the wrong item, we'll cover return shipping costs.

Do you offer refunds or store credit?

If your return is approved, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method.

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

What if my item arrived damaged in shipping?

Email us immediately at info@wearoutoffuel.com with:

Your order number
Photos of the damage
Photos of the packaging (if possible)

We'll send you a replacement or issue a full refund - your choice. Shipping damage is not your fault, and we'll make it right.

What if you sent me the wrong item?

Our mistake, our responsibility.

What you actually ordered

We'll send you the correct item right away and provide a prepaid return label for the wrong one.

Can I return sale items?

All sales are final unless we approve a return.

Same policy applies to sale items - email us to request approval, but we can't guarantee we'll accept it.

Check the size chart carefully before ordering sale items.

🎨 PRODUCT QUESTIONS

Are your tees custom cut-and-sewn?

Yes.

Every tee is cut and sewn with premium materials. Not mass-produced. Not dropshipped.

That's why they cost more than fast fashion. And that's why they last 10x longer.

Quality over quantity. Always.

What does "255 gsm" mean?

It's the fabric weight. 255 grams per square meter.

Translation: About 2.5x thicker than a regular t-shirt (which is usually around 90-110gsm).

You'll notice the weight the moment you pick it up. That's the point.

Will the tees shrink?

They're pre-shrunk and garment-washed, so minimal shrinkage.

Follow the care instructions (machine wash cold, tumble dry low) and you'll be fine.

If you're worried, size up. But honestly, they're built to last as-is.

How do I care for my OOF tee?

Easy:

Machine wash cold
Tumble dry low
Don't bleach
Iron inside out if needed

These tees are built to last through the burnout and beyond. Treat them like the premium pieces they are.

Are your hats adjustable?

Yes. All our caps have an adjustable strap closure in the back.

One size fits most. Comfortable, durable, built to last.
