📍 TRACKING STATUS MEANINGS

Order Confirmed
We received your order and it's being prepared.

Shipped / In Transit
Your package is on its way! Check your tracking for estimated delivery.

Out for Delivery
Your package is on the delivery truck and will arrive today.

Delivered
Your package was delivered! Check your mailbox, porch, or building mail room.

Exception / Delay
There's an issue (weather, holiday, carrier delay). Check tracking for updates or email us.

😰 DIDN'T RECEIVE TRACKING EMAIL?

Check these first:

  1. Spam/Junk folder - Tracking emails sometimes end up there
  2. Wait 3 business days - Sometimes there's a delay in sending tracking info
  3. Check your order confirmation email - Make sure you used the correct email address

📦 PACKAGE SAYS "DELIVERED" BUT I DON'T HAVE IT

Don't panic. Try this:

  1. Check your mailbox, front porch, side doors, garage, and building mail room
  2. Ask neighbors (sometimes carriers mis-deliver)
  3. Wait 48 hours (sometimes carriers mark it "delivered" a day early)
  4. Contact your local post office with the tracking number

Still missing after 48 hours?
Email us at info@wearoutoffuel.com with your order number and tracking number. We'll help investigate.

Note: We're not responsible for stolen packages, but we'll work with you to find a solution.

🌍 INTERNATIONAL TRACKING

International tracking works the same way, but:

  • May take longer to update
  • Might show customs clearance status
  • Could have additional local carrier tracking once it reaches your country

⏱️ TRACKING NOT UPDATING?

This is normal if:

  • Your order just shipped (give it 24 hours to start updating)
  • It's a weekend or holiday (carriers don't scan packages)
  • It's in transit between facilities (can go 1-2 days without scans)

When will my tracking number be available?
Within 1-2 business days after you place your order.

Can I track my order before it ships?
No, tracking becomes active once the carrier picks up your package.

My tracking says "Label Created" but hasn't moved. Why?
This means we've created the shipping label but the carrier hasn't picked it up yet. Give it 1-2 business days.

What if tracking shows my package is lost?
Email us at info@wearoutoffuel.com immediately. We'll file a claim with the carrier and work on a solution.
