Our return policy explained clearly.


🔄 RETURN POLICY

All sales are final unless we approve a return.

We review each return request on a case-by-case basis. We know this is stricter than some brands, but here's why: We're a small team making custom cut-and-sewn pieces. Every return impacts us directly.

That said, we want you to be happy. If there's a genuine issue, we'll work with you.


✅ HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

Within 14 days of delivery:

  1. Email info@wearoutoffuel.com with:
    • Your order number
    • Reason for return
    • Photos (if there's a defect or issue)
  2. We'll review your request and let you know within 24-48 hours if it's approved
  3. If approved, we'll send you return instructions

📋 RETURN REQUIREMENTS

For your return to be approved, the item must be:

Unworn - No signs of wear
Unwashed - Original condition
Tags attached - All original tags intact
Original packaging - If possible

If you've worn it, washed it, or removed tags, we cannot accept the return.

You can try it on to check the fit, but once it's been worn or washed, it's yours.


💰 RETURN COSTS

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. If your return package gets lost in transit without tracking, we can't process your refund.

Exception: If there's a manufacturing defect or we sent you the wrong item, we'll cover return shipping.


🌍 INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

International customers are responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs back to the U.S.
  • Any customs fees incurred during return shipping

Original shipping costs and any customs/duties you paid are non-refundable.


💵 REFUNDS

If your return is approved:

  • Refund issued to your original payment method
  • Processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed.

Depending on your bank/card, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.


🔁 EXCHANGES

We don't offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different size or item:

  1. Request a return (if approved, we'll refund you)
  2. Place a new order for the item/size you want

This ensures you get what you need as quickly as possible.


🛡️ DEFECTS & DAMAGED ITEMS

We guarantee against manufacturing defects 100%.

If your item arrives with:

  • Stitching issues
  • Fabric flaws
  • Printing errors
  • Any manufacturing defect

Email us IMMEDIATELY at info@wearoutoffuel.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the defect
  • Brief description

We'll send you a replacement (if available) or issue a full refund - your choice.

Manufacturing defects are on us. We'll make it right.


📦 DAMAGED IN SHIPPING

If your package arrives damaged:

Email info@wearoutoffuel.com within 7 days with:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the damage
  • Photos of the packaging (if possible)

We'll send you a replacement or refund. Shipping damage is not your fault.


❌ WRONG ITEM RECEIVED

Our mistake, our responsibility.

Email info@wearoutoffuel.com with:

  • Order number
  • Photo of what you received
  • What you actually ordered

We'll send you the correct item right away and provide a prepaid return label for the wrong one.


💡 AVOID RETURNS - GET THE RIGHT SIZE

Before you order:

✅ Check our detailed size chart on each product page
✅ Read product descriptions carefully (boxy fit, etc.)
✅ Email us at info@wearoutoffuel.com with your measurements if you're unsure
✅ Look at customer photos on Instagram (#WearingOOF)

We'd rather help you get the right size the first time than deal with a return.

Can I return sale items?
Same policy - all sales final unless we approve. Check sizing carefully on sale items.

What if I just changed my mind?
We'll review your request, but we can't guarantee approval. All sales are final unless there's a defect or issue.

How long do refunds take?
5-7 business days after we receive your return, plus 5-10 days for your bank to process it.

Do you offer store credit instead of refunds?
Not at this time. Approved returns are refunded to original payment method only.
